If the rim is to be glued, the robot picks up the tool connected to the glue tank and applies the glue, and while waiting for the casting machine to complete its cycle, changes the tool by picking up the specially provide grippers.

Gaiotto se propose dans le secteur des sanitaires en tant que fournisseur de cellules robotisées conçues spécifiquement pour la production de sanitaires en acrylique tels que les plateaux de douche, baignoires, jacuzzi et lavabos.

Forte de plus de 25 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la robotique et de l'automatisation, Gaiotto est en mesure de réaliser n'importe quel type de cellules avec différents niveaux d'automatisation.

Le pivot central des cellules sont les robots de pistolage Gaiotto GA-2000 et FA-OL en mesure de gérer des applications avec résine et fibre de verre (coupe/pulvérisation), généralement pour renforcer les plaques embouties avec des produits tels que le Gel-Coat, adaptés au revêtement de moules pour lavabos ou plateaux de douche.
