The top kiln for firing Sanitaryware

TWS is a modular structure industrial kiln up to 4 m wide, lined with light refractory material or ceramic wool. The kiln may be used for initial firing and re-firing of sanitary ware with 10-25 hour firing cycles. This system is an advanced solution in terms of investment and operating costs, and assures high performance. The minimum net specific consumption is 780 kcal / kg. STK 260 and STK 300 achieve high production volumes with low consumption thanks to good thermal insulation and fine-tuning of the burners. They reach a maximum temperature of 1,350° for an indicative firing cycle between 10 and 14 hours.
