With the possibility to realize pressed parts with helix angle up to 45°, this system allows the compaction of complicated parts with the maximum simplicity.​ ​

In fact, with a single system it is possible to compact all the possible helical gears by programming the entire machine cycle from the control panel thanks to the fully integrated software; moreover, the tool set-up is as simple as for standard parts.​ ​

Another strong point is flexibility. In fact, the system allows for inner and outer helical profiles using a combination of rotating movements of upper punch, lower punch and die plate without compromising the total number of axes of the press.​
