At Morbi, the new Continua+ PCR 2180 integrates SACMI Deep Digital technology. An investment that expands creative and product development opportunities in the large-format slab segment.
GeoGres has strengthened its technological capabilities with the installation of a new SACMI Continua+ PCR 2180, fully integrated with SACMI Deep Digital technology, at its Morbi, Gujarat facility.
The new investment marks another important step in GeoGres’ strategy to expand its large-format slab development, combining advanced forming and digital decoration technologies to unlock new possibilities in design, aesthetics and product differentiation.
The new Continua+ PCR 2180 supports GeoGres’ dedicated large-format ceramic brand, GeoSlab, launched in 2022. GeoSlab currently offers Full Body, Color Body and GVT slabs in sizes up to 1,200 × 3,200 mm, reinforcing the company’s focus on high-value ceramic surfaces.
“At GeoGres, we believe technology is the foundation of innovation. With the new-generation SACMI Continua+ PCR 2180 and fully synchronized Deep Digital technology, we can reach a new level of creativity, design and product development,” says Darshan Sanghani, Director, Delta Tiles Limited (GeoGres).
With this latest investment, GeoGres continues to strengthen its technological and manufacturing capabilities. The Group now operates 7 production units, with combined production reaching approximately 79,300 m² per day across its product categories.
The integration of SACMI Continua+ and Deep Digital further enhances GeoGres’ ability to develop large-format ceramic surfaces with exceptional aesthetic, technical and design value.
